OSDCT will host a breakfast fundraiser from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Aug. 4 at Applebee’s Grill and Bar, 2525 E. Highway 190, Copperas Cove. Proceeds will help with the organization’s mission to help homeless veterans and their families.
