Belton Lake Outdoor Recreation Area will host its Water Fest event June 2 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and June 3 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at BLORA, North Nolan Road and Cottage Road, Fort Hood. Both days, there will be free activities to enjoy:
Water Wars, Kayak Pool, Demos by a pro fisherman, Gator Slip-n-slide, Drowned Rat Race, water slides, and more. On June 2, enjoy a free Family friendly movie at the campsite’s beach after the fest Saturday eve starting at dusk. Bring your beach blanket or lawn chair.
Remember to stay hydrated, concessions will be available to quench your thirst and replenish your energy.
- No military ID required when entering BLORA via Sparta Rd.
- No pets allowed with the exception of service animals.
Stay the night and camp at BLORA, reservations are required. Bring your own tent or RV or rent one from Recreation Equipment Checkout Center.
This event is open to the public and the price is $6 per carload per day.
