Central Texas Airshow
The City of Temple will host the Central Texas Airshow from 4 to 9:30 p.m. May 4 and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. May 5 and May 6 at the Draughon-Miller Central Texas Regional Airport, 7720 Airport Road in Temple. This exciting family event will be a weekend of flying, formation, fireworks, pyrotechnics, and cars. Aircraft from the past, present, and future will be on display, including a Pearl Harbor reenactment by Tora, Tora, Tora. Attendees will feel the powerful vibrations from the roaring engines of World War II primary training “Devil Dog “ B-25 Mitchell. The event will also feature precision choreography of the largest ground reenactment in honor of Vietnam Veterans. Kyle Franklin’s Comedy Act and Dan Buchanan’s dazzling night show and day show will also be appearing. Admission is $15 a day per adult, $30 for a weekend pass, and $5 for children, if purchased online. Tickets prices will increase at the event box office.
