Bearables Birthday Bash

The Copperas Cove Five Hills Scholarship Pageant will host its Bearables Birthday Bash Aug. 4 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Bearables, 209 S. Main St., Copperas Cove. Party-goers get to stuff the animals of their choice for only $10 (a $40+ value at competitors). Limited to 100 children. You must bring your Eventbrite ticket. Bearables celebrates its birthday to help children suffering from alopecia, an autoimmune disorder that causes patches of hair loss. The money raised from this event will be used to send children suffering from alopecia to a special summer camp just for them. This is the community service project of Pre-Teen Miss Five Hills Briana Liles who suffers from alopecia.
